Responsibilities;

  • Working in as part of a fun, high-energy team.
  • Comply with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations
  • Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
  • Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee and teas.
  • Clean service or seating areas
  • Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Take customer orders accurately.
  • Memorize details of current menu as well as seasonal menus and options.
  • Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
  • Demonstrate the use of retail equipment in a safety matter, such as espresso machines, hot tower, tea makers and others.
  • Maintain clean surface at all time.
  • Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure cleaniness of dinning area during the whole day
  • Complete opening and closing duties for each shift
  • Serve guess in a fast-paced environment and manage time for an optimal experience for each guest
  • Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts, or meats for use in food service, bar and others.
  • Other duties might be assigned
  • Most have proper documentation to serve (Food handlers and TABC)
