Why This Job Is Different

We’re opening a brand new Nekter Juice Bar in Fort Worth (Alliance) and looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead the store and build a great team from the ground up.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be involved in the daily operation while also leading hiring, scheduling, payroll, and local marketing. As the business grows and additional locations open, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day store operations
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop the team
  • Open and close the store as needed
  • Work on the floor: prep, juicing, register, guest service
  • Manage payroll, schedules, and timecards
  • Oversee cash handling and reporting
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Support local marketing, community outreach, and social media
  • Monitor sales, labor, and food costs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Passion for health, wellness, and great customer service
