🔪 Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks who are dependable, efficient, and passionate about food. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of kitchen operations, can work multiple stations, and maintains high standards of food quality and safety.
🥘 Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed
✅ Qualifications
- 2+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Culinary degree (preferred but not required)
