Responsibilities 

  • prepping ingredients, following standardized recipes, and cooking dishes to order
  • Comply with local health regulations by sanitizing cutting boards, wiping down counters, and properly handling food.
  • Cover, label, and date all unused ingredients and leftovers, storing them safely in walk-in coolers
  • Perform deep cleaning of the station and complete closing checklists before leaving
