Responsibilities 

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Maintain full knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
  • Make recommendations and upsell food and drinks when appropriate
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy
  • Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards
  • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and service areas
  • Follow all Green Gables service standards and policies
