  • Experienced culinary professionals from high-volume, fine-dining environments
  • Or individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to learning the craft of cooking at a professional level
  • Solid knife skills or a willingness to develop them
  • A strong work ethic and clear, respectful communication
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
