Mac's has been a destination Fresh fish and Seafood Restaurant for the past 26 years, located just 10 minutes from Ann Arbor in downtown Saline. Mac’s offers fresh made from scratch items, creative cocktails, craft beer and full wine list. Our menu offers Lunch and dinner items for dine in and curbside pickup. We have a Cocktail Hour daily from 4-6:30 with beer, wine and cocktail features as well as featured food specials. Dining options include a private dining room and an expansive outdoor seating area in the summer.
You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have an upbeat, polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to provide the highest-quality service that will wow our regulars and attract new customers.
Responsibilities

• Work as part of our Service Team: answering the phone, taking reservations, placing curbside orders, greeting and seating our guests as they arrive.
• Be knowledgeable about all food and beverages, upselling and suggesting features as presented.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Answer questions or make recommendations, guide your guests through our menu.
• Accurately place guest orders, anticipate guests needs.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, working as a team to set-up, maintain and close down work areas.
