Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Able to prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other cooking methods
  • Maintain food saftey standards at all times
  • Follows correct recipe preparation and plating guidelines at all times

Qualifications

  • 2+ years previous cooking experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with all FOH and BOH staff
  • Be able to bend, reach and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing postion for long periods of time up to 8 hours
