You are responsible for executing every dish with precision, consistency, and pride. You bring focus, energy, and craftsmanship to every shift, ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the Third Eye standard of quality.

CORE PRIORITIES
- You execute with precision and consistency — every dish that leaves your station meets the Third Eye standard for quality, presentation, and timing, every single time.
- You are a student of the craft — you know our menu, our recipes, and our standards cold, and you bring the same level of care to the hundredth plate as you did to the first.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and execute all menu items accurately and consistently according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain your station in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition throughout the entire shift.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with fellow line cooks, the expeditor, and management to ensure synchronized ticket times and seamless service execution.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols at all times, maintaining health inspection readiness on every shift.
- Assist with prep work including cutting, portioning, marinating, and organizing mise en place before and during service.
- Monitor product quality and freshness, communicating any concerns to the General Manager immediately.
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and properly storing food deliveries in accordance with FIFO standards.
- Contribute to opening and closing duties including station setup, breakdown, and end of shift cleaning.
- Adapt quickly to menu changes, specials, and high volume periods with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Support the kitchen team during special events, seasonal releases, and large party service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure a successful shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant, brewery, or hospitality establishment preferred.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to recipe adherence and portion accuracy.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the culinary craft.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. English is the primary language of operation and is required for this role. Proficiency in additional languages is welcomed and considered a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constantly: Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces; remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods; moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another; communicating with others to exchange information; repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers; assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Occasionally: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like; operating machinery and/or power tools; operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment; light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds; medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds; heavy work that includes lifting and maneuvering up to 150 pounds.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Constantly: Noisy environments; high temperatures.
Occasionally: Low temperatures; outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind; hazardous conditions; small and/or enclosed spaces.
Never: Poor ventilation.
