We are now hiring smiling faces at Beyond Juicery Eatery inside Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, Auburn Hills MI As a Barista, you are the most important part of the guest’s experience! You are the reason the guest come back! You are the face of our brand! In addition, making sure each guest is greeted, served quickly, and leaves happy, you are responsible for: • Understanding menu items and explaining them to guests • Using Point of Sale system to record orders and collect payment from guests • Performing Cash-In procedure during shift • Preparing food according to formula in a neat and speedy manner • Restocking cold units to make sure there is enough product ready for the guest • Always following proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards • Cleaning all areas of the store • Always maintaining a professional and clean appearance

Education: Some High school education or equivalent Experience & Skills: Kitchen experience is not required, but of course encouraged - new to the industry? We can teach you! Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions, Enthusiastic person to be around, Works well as a team, Works well in a fast-paced environment Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
