Assistant General Manager – Jamba Juice
Roseville, CA | Starting at $21/hour after training
This is NOT just another smoothie job.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be the person the team looks to when the General Manager isn’t there. If you’re someone who naturally takes ownership, solves problems without waiting to be told what to do, and believes in leading by example, we’d love to meet you.
We are a locally owned Jamba franchise where the owners are actively involved and genuinely support our management team. We care about our people, maintain exceptionally high standards, and are looking for a leader who will do the same. This role is direct support for the General Manager, and hours are variable between 6 AM and 10 PM daily.
What Success Looks Like
As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll be expected to:
● Lead the team with confidence and integrity.
● Make sound decisions independently.
● Hold yourself and others accountable to high standards.
● Coach, motivate, and develop employees.
● Ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
● Keep the store clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
● Jump in wherever needed and never ask your team to do something you wouldn’t do yourself.
● Treat the business as if it were your own.
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
● Has previous leadership or management experience in food service or retail.
● Has restaurant business experience; Jamba experience is a big plus.
● Is dependable and follows through on commitments.
● Communicates clearly and professionally.
● Stays calm under pressure.
● Takes initiative instead of waiting for direction.
● Notices problems and fixes them.
● Leads with a positive attitude while holding people accountable.
● Wants to build a strong team—not just work a shift.
● Has a California Food Handler’s Certificate.
● Has a valid driver’s license in good standing.
● Has reliable transportation with auto insurance for daily banking and delivering catering jobs.
● Is willing to make a minimum 2 to 3 year commitment.

● You prefer to simply be told what to do.

● You’re uncomfortable making decisions.
● You struggle with accountability or holding others accountable.
● You’re looking for “just a job.”
