Dockside Marina is looking for friendly, hardworking, and dependable servers to join our team. We’re a fast-paced marina restaurant and bar focused on providing great food, drinks, and customer experiences in a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
  • Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and complete sidework throughout shifts
  • Help create a positive and energetic environment for guests and coworkers

Requirements

  • Restaurant or serving experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend and evening availability preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays/lift up to 25 lbs
