  • Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies ( shoes, food, beverages, etc. )

  • Experience Supervising Staff( front desk, lanes,kitchen, bar staff)
  • Ability to train, motivate and schedule team members
  • Conflict resolution and team-building skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Focus on creating a welcoming and fun environment
  • Knowledge of bowling lanes. ( not requried)

Availability

  • Willingness to work morning, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must work 32 to 40 hours weekly
