Job Description:

As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Raising Cane’s, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer. FOH Team Members are responsible for creating a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean environment and delivering outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Assemble and package food and drinks for dine-in or takeout
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining, counter, and beverage areas
  • Restock FOH supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and kitchen staff
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Uphold Raising Cane’s high standards of customer service and brand integrity

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by location)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
