    Responsibilities 

  • Maintain current recipes, updating as needed
  • Execute the menu with precision and care
  • Assist Chef in developing, pricing & plating new menu items
  • Help maintain Menu Profitability
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation & safety procedures
  • Oversee daily cleaning/maintenance of Sauté station
  • Assist with inventory when possible
  • Understanding the importance of great BOH/FOH synergy

Skills 

  • 2+ years of culinary experience in an upscale restaurant
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Strong knife skills
  • Experience in a “scratch” kitchen
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable Transportation
