Floor Manager:
Responsibility:
Availability to work opening/and/or/closing shifts Tuesday-Sunday.
Opening or Closing Leon's depending on shift following all procedures.
Communicate with FOH and BOH teams before shift and at end of shift for best operations.
Start, manage, and adjust the sound system and TVs for each shift as needed.
Manage the flow of the restaurant at all times and especially during peak hours.
Communicate to your team and guests during busy times to manage expectations.
Assist FOH team as needed for best performance. Be able to relate and jump in.
Address any customer concerns as the first line and feel empowered to solve problems on the spot.
Communicate with GM daily.
Train all hosts.
Requirements:
Ability to balance a drawer.
Knowledge and ability to use Toast system
Strong communication skills
Confidence to learn and use sound and TV system
Grace under pressure
Ability to listen and respond
Confidence to diffuse a tense situation
Team Player
Previous experience as a host, server, and or bartender.
18-20/hour
