We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our coffee shop. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and kitchen staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the overall performance of the branch.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the coffee shop branch
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Prepare reports on branch performance
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Skills 

  • Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and industry trends (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred but not required)
