Gaffer's is looking for a friendly and organized Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Host, you will greet customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth dining experience. If you have a warm personality, strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist
• Assist with takeout orders and answer phone inquiries
• Provide menus and inform guests of any specials or promotions
• Ensure the front-of-house area remains clean and presentable
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to provide excellent service
• Handle customer concerns with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be at least 16 years old
