Responsibilities

  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.

Monitor and maintain the bar inventory, placing orders as necessary.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplies to minimize waste.
    Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    Wash glassware, utensils, and equipment as needed.

Skills 

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred; knowledge of cocktail mixing is essential.
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of drink recipes and spirits.
