We’re looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented individual to lead our catering sales effort.

Position Summary

As the Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our catering business by targeting corporate clients, event organizers, and local businesses. This is a relationship-based B2B sales role with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach, account management, and customer retention. You’ll serve as the face of our catering program and help drive recurring volume from corporate clients in our service area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed a weekly catering sales quota of $1,000+
  • Develop, manage, and convert a pipeline of corporate catering prospects using Pipedrive CRM
  • Conduct outbound email, phone, and in-person outreach to business decision-makers (office managers, HR departments, event planners, etc.)
  • Deliver sample lunches and host tastings to introduce and promote our catering services
  • Generate custom quotes and follow up on proposals in a timely, professional manner
  • Re-engage past clients and build relationships with high-volume repeat customers
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment of catering orders
  • Maintain detailed notes and activity logs in the CRM — activity tracking is essential
  • Leverage tools like ChatGPT for writing engaging outreach emails, follow-ups, and promotional content

  • Organized, consistent, and comfortable being held to clear sales targets
  • Experience in B2B sales, catering, foodservice, or hospitality preferred
  • Comfortable navigating CRM software (Pipedrive experience a plus)
  • Willingness to make in-person visits and represent our brand professionally
  • Availability to work flexible hours Monday–Friday, during normal business hours
