    Responsibilities 

  • We are looking to hire a crew member with restaurant experience that would like to work into a manager position. We realize in this industry some people arent given the opportunity to work to their potential. If you have basic skills and the drive to excel, then we need you!
  • You will learn the art of smoking meat, and every aspect of what it takes to be a great manager.
  • You will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays, But not all. We understand there needs to be a balance between work and personal time and we are fair in that regard.
  • Our hours of operation are 11am-9pm so you will rarely be required to work past 10pm
  • We are looking to fill either 1 full time manager position or possibly 3 part time positions.

Skills 

  • If you are someone that likes to work as a team, are good at muliti tasking and like to be busy, this could be the job for you.
  • Must be polite and able to get along with all types of people.
  • We are looking for someone who is organized and can manage their time, is quick on their feet and can plan ahead.
  • If you think you have what it takes to be a manager but have not had the opportunity to show what you can do, we want to hear from you.
