Bibimbox is a fast-casual restaurant that offers a fresh, modern take on traditional Korean cuisine, designed for people craving bold flavors with comfort and convenience. Our food is inspired by the vibrant flavors of Korean street food and the heartwarming comfort of home-cooked meals. We specialize in a build-your-own-bowl model and other Korean favorites including Korean fried chicken, tteokbokki, and jjajangmyeon.
Bibimbox also includes its sister brand Kumo Kumo Dessert Cafe. Kumo Kumo specializes in premium, creamy soft serve ice cream with Asian inspired flavors, taiyaki (fish-shaped waffles with filling), bingsu (creamy shaved ice), and various specialty coffees and teas that complement the Bibimbox dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding service
  • Explain menu items and suggest options
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Pack up items in an aesthetically pleasing way to enhance presentation
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including creating coffee and specialty drinks, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • Make shaved ice desserts and soft-serve ice cream
  • Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift and assist in general restaurant duties as needed
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous food service or cashier experience is a plus but not required
  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and accept constructive feedback
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
