Mojave Gold is a new bar, restaurant, and music venue opening soon in Yucca Valley. We’re here to serve amazing food, great drinks, and bring unforgettable nights to the high desert. And we know that none of that happens without a solid back-of-house team keeping things clean and running smooth. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and efficient. You’ll help us stay on top of dishes, tools, and sanitation so our cooks and servers can focus on what they do best. It’s fast-paced, physical work — and one of the most important jobs in the building.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils quickly and thoroughly
  • Maintain clean and organized dish, prep, and storage areas
  • Take out trash and recyclables as needed
  • Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and end-of-night breakdown
  • Help keep the flow of service running smoothly during busy shifts

You Are

  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
  • Able to work on your feet for several hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
  • Focused on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
  • A team player who supports your crew however you can
