Responsibilities

  • Starting pay is $9.00 hour. After 90 days you will have a performance review with potential of a raise. You also have room to grow and move up to a Trainer, Key holder, Shift lead or Assistant Manager.
  • We are a tipped restaurant. We split tips everyday between who works each day. After tip out you can make $11 plus a hour. We are a small but fast paced restaurant. Everything is homemade so a lot of cooking and prepping is done everyday. We make everything fresh to order.
  • Pulling meat and working with smokers
  • Working in multiple stations. We have 4 working stations all day. Register is in charge of taking orders and helping with all other stations but mostly loaded station. Loaded station is in charge of getting sides, dropping fried foods to cook, loading the loaded items and doing dishes, Food station is in charge of preparing sandwiches and platers, preparing the start of loaded items and all bean sides. Window station is in charge of getting sides, making drinks and getting bags put together with food items and utensils to be handed out to customer.
