Job Overview

Here at Zion Canyon Brew Pub, we operate as a unit. Being a manager is the ultimate service position, as you are on the floor each day you will find yourself in each role. We are a fast-paced restaurant that serves both local and international tourist as we are right outside Zion National Park. Your role would include money management, safe food and alcohol handling, guest interactions, and leading a crew of 15-20 staff members each shift.
