Responsibilities 

  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons;; operate and reconcile cash register; maintain clean and orderly work area; assist in other areas as necessary during events;
  • Pick up alcohol; inventory all alcohol; produce consumption report; stock glassware and ice; prepare mixes and garnishes; keep track of drinks served; follow guidelines given to ensure proper service
  • Follow closing procedures; perform additional duties as assigned; attend meetings and training.

Skills 

  • Must be 21 years or older, previous bartending experience and good customer service skills; knowledge and enforcement of liquor code; ability to operate cash register.  Ability to lift up 50 lbs occasionally
