About the Role

We are looking for a Hospitality Busser who wants to be more than a "ghost in the background." In this role, you are the Ambassador of the Environment. You are the "Agent" on the floor who ensures every guest feels seen, taken care of, and welcomed into our home here in NYC.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain a "hospitality-grade" clean dining room, and topping bar.
  • Clear and sanitize tables within 60 seconds of a guest’s departure.
  • Monitor service area cleanliness to ensure it meets our high brand standards.
  • Support the front-of-house team during rushes to keep the energy positive and the service seamless.
  • Ensure the topping bar is pristine, organized, and inviting at all times.

Skills 

  • The "Agent" Mindset: You look for reasons to say "Yes" to a guest.
  • High Energy: You thrive in the fast-paced NYC environment and move with purpose and grace.
  • Communication: You are comfortable talking to guests and working closely with teammates.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or retail setting is a plus, but a "hospitable heart" is our #1 requirement.
