Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Making various Japanese sushi based upon high the volume of food orders.
  • Prepare food materials, such as raw fish, meat, food garnishments, and eating utensils.
  • Double-check the presentation of the dishes.
  • Ensure all the raw materials are handled and stored properly based upon food safety regulations.
  • Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed on time.
  • Participate in monthly or weekly cleaning and staff meetings.

Skills 

  • Be positive and can work at a fast pace and under pressure.
  • Be flexible for working and rotating shifts.
  • Be creative in creating new dishes.
  • Be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
