This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in planning software. Key responsibilities include expanding our offsite catering and takeout services, while increasing our on-premise full-service operations. We are looking for a professional who understands operational efficiencies and can manage space effectively to ensure simultaneous restaurant service and event needs are met without disruption.
