Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks with proper timing and presentation
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to answer guest questions
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas remain clean and organized
• Handle payments, process transactions, and follow cash‑handling procedures
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high‑volume environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service in South Carolina (if applicable)
