  • Prepare menu items to specified recipes & standards
  • Set up & stock food items & other necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness & comply with food sanitation requirements by proper food handling & ensuring correct storage
  • Clean & sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift

Skills 

  • Previous line cook experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Certificate mandatory
  • Organizational skills, accuracy & speed in executing tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced restaurant
  • Work well as part of a team or alone with little supervision
  • Take direction & feedback constructively
