Responsibilities

  • Stock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies
  • Refill ice bins and maintain adequate inventory throughout shifts
  • Collect and wash glassware, bar tools, and service equipment
  • Clean and organize bar areas, coolers, storage rooms, and workstations
  • Remove trash and recycling as needed
  • Change kegs and restock beverage inventory
  • Ensure the bar remains clean, organized, and fully supplied during service
