The dish position team member must be able to:

• Demonstrate proper front of house bus station setup.
• Ensure proper set up and breakdown of the dining room and patio areas where applicable
• Stay organized – nest dirty items and priority items
• Keep the kitchen, walk-in cooler, and dry storage area clean and organized.
• Set up silverware soak station with detergent, utilize the air dry method.
• Collect dirty utensils from front of house (FOH)
• Bus dining room and stations
• Take the trash out as needed; maintain dumpster area and parking lot cleanliness.
• Clean and mop
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $12.00/hr
