Sour Duck Market is a bakery, batch cocktail and beer garden, and scratch kitchen that offers fun Texas bar style food using the best local ingredients from our farm and ranch partners.
We are currently looking for an awesome line chef to join our talented team. A professional with strong knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and able to manage their tasks well and help others when needed. Looking for cooks who:

  • have experience and interest in cooking with local farm ingredients
  • have at least 1 year experience in a kitchen
  • have the ability to follow direction, communicate well, and delegate while being self sustainable
  • can work with a great team that values food, techniques, great attitudes, and a positive work environment
  • are knowledgeable and compliant with Travis County health code
  • take initiative, help wherever the restaurant needs you, and share these values with your fellow team members
