Responsibilities

  • To work with the Kitchen Operations Leader (KOL) to ensure operations of the kitchens and assigned public areas are kept clean, neat and tidy
  • To keep a positive, fun staff morale
  • To follow and serve to the best of your ability
  • To follow all health codes
  • To ensure both locations are ready for service as per scheduled times
  • To ensure proper cleaning and maintanence of equipment at both locations
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned, but not limited to the above

Skills

  • 2-5 year kitchen experience preferred
  • Work in fast pace environment
  • Patience
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications and licensures
  • Attention to detail is a must
