Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Support servers by running food and clearing tables efficiently
  • Reset tables quickly and accurately to maintain smooth service flow
  • Restock service stations (glassware, plates, utensils, napkins, condiments) throughout the shift
  • Assist with setting up the dining room before service and breaking it down after service
  • Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate service gaps
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
  • Assist with polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and general side work
  • Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
  • Help maintain overall pace during busy service periods
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
