Position Summary
A Parts Professional works under the direct
supervision of the Store Manager and is responsible for assessing the parts
needs of customers and providing appropriate solutions.
Required Skills
A Parts Professional must possess the following:
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ø Experience in the automotive and/or tire industry
Ø Strong ability to operate computer software
Ø A valid Ontario Driver’s License
Ø Ability to work well under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities
A Parts Professional is responsible for performing the following duties:
Ø Interacting with customers in person and over the phone
Ø Searching catalogs and computer databases to find appropriate product solutions.
Ø Conveying product solutions in a comprehensive but efficient manner to customers
Ø Ensuring the proper billing and procurement for product sales
Ø Ensuring the proper storage and inventory of product
Ø Ensuring the proper replenishment of stock and inventory
Ø Assisting in filling purchase orders and other related documentation
