Wholesale & Shipping Associate

Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order quantities, products, and shipping information before shipment.
• Package bagels, cream cheese, and other products according to company standards.
• Label, date, and organize products for shipping and delivery.
• Load and unload products, ingredients, and supplies safely.
• Deliver wholesale orders to customers using company vehicles when required.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate shipping, delivery, and inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming deliveries.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary storage and shipping areas.
• Communicate professionally with wholesale customers during deliveries.
• Assist with warehouse, production, and bakery tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Help ensure wholesale customers receive accurate, fresh, and on-time orders.

• Basic computer and order management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Shipping, warehouse, delivery, logistics, inventory, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
