Line cooks are trained to work the back of house and support the PIt Master.

Requirments

  • able to lift 50lbs
  • Age: 21+
  • Must not have asthma (meats are cooked over open flames; cooks may be exposed to smoke from firepits)

Responsibilities

  • Food preparation:
    • Prep meats for grill
    • Make sides and other dishes
  • Order preparation: prepare back house orders
  • Clean Back of House
