Guest Service

  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide menu guidance and answer customer questions regarding ingredients and offerings
  • Maintain a positive and hospitality-driven atmosphere
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Food & Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, teas, smoothies, juices, bowls, and toasts according to Toastique standards
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety guidelines
  • Restock ingredients and monitor freshness of products

Cash Handling & POS Operations

  • Operate POS system accurately
  • Process cash, credit card, and digital payments
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer procedures
  • Follow company policies regarding discounts, voids, and refunds

Cleanliness & Sanitation

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, prep stations, and equipment
  • Follow all health department, sanitation, and food safety requirements
  • Complete cleaning checklists and side work duties
  • Properly label, store, and rotate products

Teamwork & Operations

  • Work collaboratively with all team members and leadership
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Support inventory, stocking, and daily operational tasks
  • Maintain professionalism and punctuality
