About us:
Dull’s Tree Farm offers seasonal employment in a family fun environment. We encourage everyone including students, adults, teachers, retirees and others who have a ready smile and friendly personality to apply. We are looking for reliable employees for Saturdays, Sundays, and weekdays (mainly Thursday & Friday) during the months of September and October.

Our mission at Dull's Tree Farm is to be the best stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us while providing our visitors with high quality agricultural products in a friendly environment where educational and memorable experiences abound.
You must be at least 16 years of age to apply for a job at the farm. We do allow some people under the age of 16, but being under the age of 16 does limit some of the jobs you can do. Legally, we cannot hire anyone under 14 years of age for any position.
Dull’s Tree farm is a family owned business. Our goal is to provide a fun wholesome atmosphere for all families who come to the farm. We expect our employees to look presentable. We also expect our employees to have a pleasant and positive attitude towards customers and co-workers and treat everyone with respect.

Seasons of Work: We are a seasonal business. When we hire for the fall season, we hire in hopes that you will stay with us through the middle of December for our Tree Season. Most working hours will happen from the middle of September through the end of October. There will be about a three week break depending on your position. We will then be open the day after Thanksgiving until the middle of December.
When working tree season we ask that you commit to the first three days we are open.Those dates are November 24, 25, and 26. We open the day after Thanksgiving - Friday, November 24 from 9-6 (remember this is the day after Thanksgiving so schools are not in session). Our hours for tree season are Monday-Friday 3-6, Saturday 9-6, and Sunday 1-6.

Available Positions:

  • Field Trip Tour Guide: Lead tours of elementary and preschool children through the facilities. Experience in teaching or leading groups is a plus. Weekdays 8 AM -2 PM; 3-5 days a week. Great job for those who want to work during school hours. 10-14 Positions Available.
  • Cashier: We have cashiers in many locations throughout the farm – admission, food barn, pumpkin sales and gift shop. Pumpkin Harvest Working Hours: mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tree Season Working Hours: Sunday-Saturday. 12-16 Positions available.
  • Concession Staff: You will be working with a team to get customer orders filled – everything from cooking, preparing orders, drinks, etc. to washing dishes. Locations on the farm: Feed Bunk, The Grill, Sugar Shack, and a drink station. Pumpkin Harvest Working Hours: mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tree Season Working Hours: Sunday-Saturday. 30-35 positions available.
  • Donut Maker: You will work with the team in the Sugar Shack to produce donuts using our donut machine. This is a repeatative position and some lifting is required. Pumpkin Harvest Working Hours: mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tree Season Working Hours: Sunday-Saturday. 5 positions available.
  • Outdoor Operations: This includes one or more of the following jobs: controlling customer safety at various activities, tending campfires, garbage pick-up, attraction repairs, monitoring corn maze, parking and helping customers with pumpkins. During tree season, it includes processing trees, shaking, pruning, baling, and tying onto cars, parking, trash removal, etc. Pumpkin Harvest Working Hours: mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tree Season Working Hours: Sunday-Saturday. 15-20 positions available.
  • Tractor Driver: MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE: You will be driving a tractor pulling either the people wagon or the barrel train. Pumpkin Harvest Working Hours: mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tree Season Working Hours: Sunday-Saturday. 8-10 Positions available.
  • Face Painting and Pumpkin Decorating: Part of the admission is face painting and pumpkin decorating. You will work either by yourself or with one other person to paint faces and/or help customers decorate pumpkins. Mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 8-12 positions available. ** Only a Pumpkin Harvest Position.
  • Blast Team: This team will consisit of 5-10 people who will be trained in almost every position of the farm. They will assist different areas of the farm to help get through rushes and breaks.
  • Greeter/Information: Greet customers and get them acquainted with the farm. Help point them in the right direction. Pumpkin Harvest Working Hours: mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tree Season Working Hours: Sunday-Saturday.
  • Wreath Barn: The wreath barn includes everything from making wreaths, decorating wreaths, making garland and centerpieces to assisting customers in the wreath barn. Tree Season Working Hours: Sunday-Saturday. **Only a Tree Season Position.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experince and degree level.
