Job Overview

This position operates in a fast paced, high volume environment. Applicant is expected to be efficient and attentive to the needs of servers and bartenders as well as keep the tables and floor clean.
Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk 5 hours without a break
• Ability to interact with the public
• Comfortable working in a high volume establishment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Maintain appearance standards
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays, during our peak season (June - Labor Day)

Primary Functions

• Efficiently clean and sanitize tables and seats
• Maintain clean dining room floors and seating areas
• Clean high chair and boosters after each use
• Empty bus tubs in proper areas
• Take out trash
• Fill ice bins
• Change bag in the box sodas
• Assist wait staff as needed
• Mop up spills

Secondary Functions

• Empty recycling containers
• Sort beer bottles & kegs and placing them in the assigned area
• Maintain the stock in the coolers
• Keep the parking lot and sidewalks free of debris
• Assist the servers/bartenders with cleaning glassware
• Keep the assigned bathrooms tidy and stocked
• Place chairs on tables at closing
• Other duties as assigned by a manager
