Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and by hand when needed
  • Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized and stored in the correct locations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen areas
  • Regularly remove trash and recycling throughout the shift
  • Keep floors, sinks, and workstations clean and safe at all times
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties as needed
  • Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when items are running low
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
