Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. This role involves delivering high-quality guest hospitality in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests feel welcomed and satisfied from start to finish. No experience required, training provided.
Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly hospitality throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to provide expert recommendations

Qualifications

  • Must be over 19 years of age
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Training provided - no experience required
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and bill splitting
