Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Production Kitchen Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production kitchen where you will support daily food preparation, production, and packaging while following established recipes and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and production according to recipes and production guidelines
  • Weigh, portion, mix, and package products accurately
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Operate kitchen and production equipment safely
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
  • Label, date, and store products properly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production kitchen or commercial food environment preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in cool or refrigerated environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Punctual, dependable, and a positive team player
