Job Overview:

Bumpy Pickle is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a server, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcome and have a memorable time at our restaurant and sports venue.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and anticipating guest needs.
• Know the menu thoroughly and make menu suggestions and upsell items where possible.
• Ensure accurate order entry and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Check back with guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Handle guest payments and process transactions through our cashless POS system.
• Assist with post-service duties, including side work and cleaning tasks.
• Create a positive and fun atmosphere for all guests, especially during busy sporting events or pickleball and volleyball tournaments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of steps of service and dining etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Must be available for night and weekend shifts.
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus but not required.
