We're looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking individuals to join our kitchen and convenience store team at the Applied Digital facility in Harwood!

This could be the perfect opportunity for a parent with school-aged children, someone looking for extra income, or anyone who enjoys staying busy in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Flexible scheduling! Work Monday–Friday, approximately 10 AM–2 PM, with occasional Saturday opportunities. We're open to hiring one person for all five days or a few individuals who prefer just a couple of shifts each week.

What You'll Do

We're a small team where everyone pitches in! Responsibilities may include:

  • Assembling and packaging sandwiches, hot meals, and grab-and-go items

  • Portioning and plating food for lunch service

  • Operating the cash register and accurately handling cash and making change

  • Washing dishes and keeping work areas clean and organized

  • Restocking food, beverages, and convenience store items

  • Providing friendly, efficient customer service

  • Jumping in wherever help is needed, especially during busy lunch periods

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable and punctual — our team and customers count on you!

  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming to customers

  • Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance, with a commitment to food safety and personal hygiene

  • Comfortable handling cash, counting change, and using a register

  • Able to stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy periods

  • Willing to help with any task, big or small

  • Able to stand and move throughout the shift and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Reliable transportation to our Harwood location

  • Previous food service or cashier experience is helpful, but not required!

Location: Applied Digital Facility — Harwood, ND

Schedule: Approximately 10 AM–2 PM, Monday–Friday, with possible Saturdays
