Job Overview

Successful Pickles bartenders have excellent customer service skills, technical proficiency in mixology, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. They build rapport with customers, create outstanding cocktails, and navigate busy shifts efficiently.
As a Pickles bartender, you will:

• Verify customer age and identification
• Direct bar back as needed to maintain bar inventory and supplies (or perform yourself is no bar back scheduled)
• Assess customers' needs and preferences
• Make recommendations for food and drinks
• Offer daily specials
• Clean glasses and bar utensils if there is no bar back scheduled
• Serve as MOD when manager is not scheduled
• Balance cash receipts to record sales
