Who We’re Looking For

The OV Burger Bar is looking for a Front of House Shift Leader who’s ready to take charge of the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations and memorable guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone with strong bartending skills who can also provide guidance to a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You’ll balance hands-on service with overseeing the flow of the restaurant, leading by example, and supporting your teammates to deliver the best OV Burger Bar experience.

Core Responsibilities

Bartending & Service

⭐ Operate confidently as a bartender, preparing drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring equipment is in excellent condition.
⭐ Deliver friendly, efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
⭐ Assist team members during busy periods and help maintain a seamless workflow.

Guidance & Leadership

⭐ Oversee floor operations during your shift, providing clear direction to the team.
⭐ Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues as they arise.
⭐ Lead by example with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Operational Support

⭐ Monitor cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
⭐ Assist with inventory checks and communicate supply needs to management.
⭐ Support efficient staffing adjustments during service based on guest volume.

Must-Haves

✔ Proven experience in bartending, including bar setup, maintenance, and service.
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔ Valid Serving It Right certification.
✔ Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
✔ Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
