Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve quality sodas, specialty drinks, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Follow required opening procedures to ensure store is ready to operate
  • Provide friendly, upbeat, and welcoming customer service
  • Take customer orders accurately and process cash, credit, and mobile payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Restock cups, syrups, ice, ingredients, and other supplies as needed
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Operate soda machines, blenders, POS systems, and other shop equipment safely
  • Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stocking
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive customer experience
  • Address customer questions or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support additional shop duties as assigned
  • Handle cash drawer assignments and cash drops

  • Ability to Clean and maintain a safe and up to code work place
